Just got home from my last day at work, that is, for 1 and a half week. It's Springbreak and I sooo need some time off. No alarmclock, no companyclothes, yaaay! The only thing on my agenda in the European quiltchampionship on saturday the 2nd of May. I'm looking forward to that; it has been too long since DD, Corrine and I did something together.
For those who have some spare time on their hands too, I "found"some new-to-me blogs to check out.
http://loftcreations.blogspot.com/ from Stephanie. She's very creative! Scroll a page back and look at her "garden lady" Darla wallhanging. Further back are some more ladies.
http://quiltsalott.blogspot.com/ check the awesome headerquilt. She's very talented and works on an most amazing applique quilt. Again, scroll back to find it but you won't get bored doing so!
http://retro-mama.blogspot.com/ You might find some nice pincushions here. Look at her fabrics! All so bright and happy..
http://imquilternity.blogspot.com/ for kaffe Fasset fabric lovers!
And last but not least: http://nanasquiltsandmore.blogspot.com/ from Marne. She was in the Netherlands recently and if you check her april 3th post you can read how Dutch quilters and US quilters differ. Don't they really serve coffee there???
So, now you all have enough to do while I sleep in, sew lots of propellors, do some chores, visit DD, watch some tv, ride my motorbike, go to a quiltshow, buy fabrics there, read etc etc...
For those less fortunate: I'll be thinking of you all:)
Before I forget: I noticed I got some new followers! 8 in total, so i'm on my way to become really famous in blogland. Pam: you COULD become my number 9 *lol*
Anyway: welcome and I'll try not to bore you too much!

Thanks for the "publicity". It's fun to "meet" new people.
Fijne vakantie Annemiek. Je hebt wel nogal wat op je programma dus er zal niet veel van uitrusten komen. Maar het zijn wel allemaal leuke dingen, dus ontspannend! Ik vind de tulpjes hieronder zo schattig. Mooi kleurtje
Thank you for linking to me! I love finding new blogs too. Make the most of your time off.
Good for you for some time off! I am sure you will enjoy it to its fullest, and find that it will be over before you know it, so pack a lot in to it! 8-)
Now, off to see these blogs you've link us to... and this coffee issue you speak of! 8-)
